Edna worked hard despite survey and VA appraiser availability issues in this Covid time, and her professionalism and knowledge of local resources were invaluable. The VA appraisal came very late, but Edna was on top of it all with the seller. Our lender, and professionally handled even the surly, late VA appraiser. The county, the neighbors and everyone was astounded by her diligent work. The many weeks of effort through the VA was trying, but she prevailed.
She resolved quit claims, boundary issues, late appraisals, and so many other things. Dozens of calls, emails and just plain sense got us through. She brought sanity to a crazy process.

My father passed away last June, 2021, after my mother passed in 2018. This left my family with the unenviable task of selling our childhood home, a decision that was not easy at all to make. Sheila Mittlesteadt worked with us and listed their home. She was so loving and respectful in all that she did… The house had a contract very quickly and we will be closing March 11. I cannot say enough about Sheila, nor can I thank her for making an otherwise unbearable situation bearable… if you are in the market, you cannot go wrong with Sheila! I’m forever grateful for all that she has done for my family and I. I will miss our old home, but I’ll always be thankful for how this was handled. Thank you Sheila!
